Property Utilization Committee
Always wondering what else our parish may be able to do in the years ahead, Father Suarez would like to have a better grasp about what is happening on our campus and the specific needs the various ministries have to fulfill their mission.
Father is grateful to Valerie Byrnes who has agreed to lead a small committee of parishioners called “CUP” to study the use of our campus.

More About CUP
Why is this committee needed?
We are blessed with a beautiful property with great potential. Currently we have two aging buildings in need of major repairs that are also under utilized. In the interest of good stewardship of parish resources the current status of these properties must be changed. Cup was formed to help us discern what those changes ought to be.
Why is the committee called CUP?
If you took the words Property Utilization Committee we could be PUC. But it is better when you reverse the letters to get the word CUP which serves to remind of the Eucharist, which is the source and summit of our faith. Our Catholic mission is to make Christ's redemptive Grace through His Church and the Sacraments known to all. This name will hopefully remind us to keep this mission at the center of all the possibilities we consider for the future use of our properties.
What properties are we looking at?
The buildings that need our immediate attention are the school building and the white house. That said the committee has not been limited to only these properties.
