Spoken during his final hours, the seven words have been taken as a deep insight into Jesus’s final suffering on the cross. These words have been set to music by numerous composers including French Composer Charles Gounod.
Fr. Luis Granados, DCJM—boys Director at Mater Salvatoris College Preparatory School currently in residence at St. Leo’s Church, will be offering short reflections on each of Christ’s last words after each sung piece.
